Electrical Control Cabinet for Brick Making Machinery
Brictec's electrical control cabinet is a complete set of electrical control equipment custom-designed for brick plant production lines. The enclosure is precision-manufactured from thickened cold-rolled steel plates, offering dustproof, moisture-proof, and dust-corrosion-resistant performance, fully adapted to the harsh production environment of brick and tile workshops with high dust, high temperature, and high humidity.

The cabinet is equipped with core components from international brands, including PLCs, variable frequency drives (VFDs), circuit breakers, contactors, relays, etc., integrating multiple functions such as power supply, logic operation, variable frequency speed regulation, signal acquisition, communication networking, and fault protection.
The entire control cabinet supports both standalone independent control and full-plant DCS centralized networking. It can be used for a single section alone or connected to the central control console to realize fully automatic coordinated operation of the entire brick production line. It serves as the core hardware carrier of the electrical system for modern intelligent brick plants.

Central Control Status
The electrical control cabinet is the nerve center of the entire fired brick production line. From green brick forming, drying, and kiln firing, to kiln discharge, rack loading/unloading, and brick unloading/packaging, all operation commands for motors, valves, and conveying equipment are issued and executed by the control cabinets at various levels.
Primary Functions
Equipment Control & Interlocks
Programs are written strictly according to the process flow to achieve sequential start/stop of belt conveyors, extruders, shuttle cars, kiln cars, combustion fans, and other equipment. Interlocks prevent brick jamming, material blockage, and equipment collisions.
Variable Frequency Speed Control
Stepless speed regulation for fans and conveyor motors, adjusting speed as needed, significantly reducing no load energy consumption and saving electricity costs over long-term operation.
Real-time Monitoring & Fault Alarm
Automatic collection of current, voltage, and equipment operating status. Audible and visual alarms trigger during overload, disconnection, or overtemperature faults with automatic shutdown protection.
Networking Communication
Supports Industrial Ethernet communication. All section control cabinets can be networked to the central control console for remote monitoring of the entire production line status.
Comprehensive Safety Protection

Internal control programs are modularly written, with each equipment action section independently partitioned.
